With a modern and open approach, the children of the former internationally successful Jewel´s horses shine. Jewel´s Classic Touch bloodline can still be found in all of Jewel Court Stud´s current sport horses and breeding products. The grandmother of our horses remains dear to our hearts.
We strive to breed jumpers with tremendous jumping ability, elasticity, intelligence and prudence, as well as ride quality and elegance. Another major concern is the quality of mares at Jewel Court Stud. Therefore, only the best mares, which were successful in top sport and have extraordinary pedigrees, are used for breeding.
Jewel Court Stud is exclusively home to the direct children of Olympic champion Jewel´s Classic Touch.
The quality of her bloodline was represented in the international sport by Jewel’s Carat and his rider Marcus Ehning. Stallions like Jewel’s Carat, Quasimodo van de Molendreef, For Pleasure, Nabab de Reve, Querlebet de Hero, Cardento, Carolus II, Boris van de Kluizenbos, Brown Boy and Dominard guarantee horses that fit our approach.
The same approach is also used to breed dressage horses for our sport stable in the USA.
Eliane Cordia van Reesema successfully performed the dressage horses such as Palladium, Garnet and Caracole at International Grand Prix Level. The offspring of Caracole combined with Flemmingh x Loutano blood called Jewel’s Bright Idea is another example of this philosophy.
Additions such as Jewel’s Sir Weihbach colt by the famous Weihegold – who won the Championat in Rastede in 2008 and 2009 and placed third at the 2009 Bundesschampionat – from the Weissena Tribe have led the way.
